Loans up to $250,000:

  • 10 year fixed starting at 7.50% APR*

  • No prepayment penalties

  • Personal guarantees may be waived

Loans over $250,000:

  • 5 year adjustable - starting at 7.25% APR*

  • 30 year term, due in 15 years

  • No prepayment penalties

  • Personal guarantees may be waived
