  • Log in to your account using online banking, then Attach completed documentation to a message using the Support feature, see instructions. The advantage of this method is documents become part of the message archive for your member account, providing repeated access as needed for both the member and IFCU staff.

  • Mail to Interfaith FCU, PO Box 60651, Montclair, CA 91763 or your regional office

  • Upload using the secured document portal. The portal will guide you through the steps, though IFCU provides this instructions sheet as well.
