Rev. Timothy M. Dombek
The Rev’d Canon Timothy Dombek is an Episcopal priest with 29 years of experience serving as a lead pastor, school chaplain, and associate priest across various locations. He has also held positions as Canon to the Ordinary and Canon for Stewardship and Planned Giving in Arizona, focusing on strategic planning and fundraising. Dombek is a trained facilitator in participatory strategic planning and consensus decision-making for not-for-profit organizations. He holds an Executive Certificate in Religious Fundraising from the Lake Institute on Faith and Giving. He co-created the "Best Skills, Best Churches" program for not-for-profit management training for congregations in collaboration with Arizona State University. He resides in Arizona.
Mark Harshman, MBA
Mark Harshman is a seasoned leader with over 30 years at Anheuser-Busch InBev, excelling in sales, marketing, logistics, finance, and administration. He has managed teams of 40 to 130 employees and overseen budgets from $10 million to $69 million. Mark has managed logistics for 11 facilities, generating over $60 million in annual EBITDA, and successfully negotiated five union contracts. An experienced spokesperson, he has addressed various company events and holds an MBA and a Computer Science degree. Mark serves on the Board of Directors for Irrometer Co. and has served on the boards of California Beer Beverage Distributors, UC Riversides’ Athletic Association, Anheuser-Busch’s Leadership Development Council, and the Lighthouse for the Blind in San Bernardino. He Resides in California.
Rev. Matthew R. Hambrick
Matthew R. Hambrick, M.A., M.Div., is the Lead Pastor at Mesa Verde and First United Methodist Church in Costa Mesa, California. He holds a Master of Divinity from Claremont School of Theology and a Master of Arts in Religion from Point Loma Nazarene University. He brings a strong foundation in philosophy, theology, and ethical leadership to his work. His commitment to community development and financial literacy inspired his involvement in developing the Young Money program, an initiative focused on educating young adults in personal finance principles. Matt's leadership includes strategic planning, organizational oversight, and fostering inclusion, particularly for communities often overlooked by traditional institutions. He resides in California.
Margaret Irwin
Margaret currently serves as Board Secretary for Cornerstone Theater Company and has held various board positions with organizations. With over 30 years in the arts, I transitioned to the religious sector in 2017, working on immigration and social justice initiatives alongside Bishop Grant J. Hagiya and Bishop Dottie Escobedo-Frank. I completed three terms as an Elder Director on the Eagle Rock Neighborhood Council and am co-directing a documentary about the American Protestant church's response to the HIV/AIDS crisis. I hold a bachelor’s degree in religious studies from Southern Methodist University, with additional courses from Yale and Stanford. She resides in California.

She has also served extensively in university committees and leadership roles within the United Methodist Church. She resides in Oregon.
